Mark F. Spade Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark F. Spade of Everett, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 15, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Spade and Retha E. Spade (Duvall); and his sister Carol Musick. He is survived by: his wife Karen K. Spade (Clark); his children, Christine Spade of Everett, PA and Darren Spade (Alexis) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Grant, Grace and Gage Spade; his sister Sylvia Haselbarth (Sheldon); and his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Wakefield (George) and Jeffrey Clark (Sherry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mark to the American Heart Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
