She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira G. Fair and Ruth Irene Fair (Heagy); her sons, Ronald and Rodney Shank; and her siblings, Lucille, Dale, Robert, Fred, Nadine and Margaret.
She is survived by: her husband Weldon B. Shank, Jr.; her sons, Weldon B. Shank, III of Everett, PA, James E. Shank (Cheryl), Joseph Shank (Vicky) and Chris T. Shank (Dana); and her siblings, James, Pat, Caroll, David, Dorothy and Mary. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
