He is survived by: his spouse Shirley A. Foor (Perrin); his children, Keith R. Foor of Everett, PA, Valerie A. Smith (Jeffrey) of Harrisburg, PA, Vickie S. Foor of Bedford, PA, Kevin E. Foor (Lisa Jay) of Osterburg, PA and Kerry L. Foor of Carlisle, PA; his grandchildren, Kayla, Kyle, Colt, Shelby and Addison; his great grandchildren, Eli and Evan; his siblings, Lois Storrs, Kenneth Foor (Maryann), Gary Foor (Ora), Denny Foor, Rodney "Mace" Foor (Theresa), Bonnie Robinette (Mick) and Ronald Foor (Diane); and his sister-in-law Patricia Foor.
