She is survived by: her mother Shirley Hernandez (Elliot) of Everett, PA; her daughter Shana Bequeath of Crystal Spring, PA; her siblings, Denise Clark of Everett, PA, Debbie Smith (Monte), Robert "Bobby" Hernandez (Raylene) of Everett, PA, Michael Hernandez of Deltona, FL, Joann Claar (Denny) of East Freedom, PA and Tina Hernandez of Bedford, PA; and her nephews, Brandon Urban and Shane Hernandez. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
