He is survived by: his wife Toshya Foltz; his children, Tanya Kavanaugh, Tammy Pro, Greg and Lee Foltz; and his brother Scott Burkett. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Donelson Funeral Home (22 W Main St, Everett, PA 15537). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
