He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar James and Ruth Mildred Snyder (Calhoun); his wife Marcia K. Snyder (Vinson); and his siblings, Johnny Snyder, Paul Snyder, Linda Treece, Charlie Snyder and Edger Snyder, Jr..

He is survived by : his sons, Dustin W. Snyder of Everett, PA and Charlie P. Snyder (Sam Stevens) of Everett; and his grandchildren, Ava R. Snyder (Lane Wagoner) and Gabe O. Snyder. He is also survived by great grandson and numerous nieces and nephews.
