He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell H. Foreman and Sarah J. Foreman (Childers); his wife Judy Foreman (Edwards); his daughter Michelle Smith; and his siblings, James C. Foreman and Connie Singer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Davis and Rebecca Manspeaker. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
