With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anne M. (Beatty) Essig of Exeter Township, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Beatty and Dorothy Beatty (Lonergan); and her siblings, Dorothy Young, Marie McBride and Charles Beatty.
She is survived by: her children, Retired Navy Capt, Paul T. Essig Jr. (Kathleen) of Ligonier, Timothy W. Essig (Christine) of Lititz, Dr. Andrew M. Essig (Christine) of Allentown, Rev. Edward J. Essig of Shillington, Paula M. Mohutsky (Michael) of Mountain Top, PA and Regina S. Scanlon (Mark) of Bath, Maine.; and her sister Margaret Beatty. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
