She was predeceased by: her parents, George Templin and Frances Templin; and her siblings, Jacklyn Bowers and George Templin. She is survived by: her husband William M. Smith; her children, Stephanie Wachowicz (Alan) and Daniel Smith (Michelle); her grandchildren, Brian, Laura, Adam, Nicholas, Allyson and Andrew; and her sisters, Cheryl Guthier (Joseph), Susan Pfautz (Donald Freese) and Maureen Stopper (John).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church (4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
