He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Rutter and Jeanette A. Rutter (McFarland). He is survived by: his wife Sue Rutter (Zajdowicz); his son Christopher Rutter (Heather) of Exeter; his grandchildren, Emily, Taylor and Hayden; his great grandchildren, Owen, Valarie, Vivian, Olivia, Oakley and Marlon; and his brother Lenny Rutter.
