He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Planer and Alice Planer (Himmelberger). He is survived by: his wife Brenda D. Planer (Rapp); his children, Chianne N. Planer (Sean P. Sterling) of Pottstown and Scott M. Hartman of Shillington; and his grandchildren, Timothy, Robert and Daryl Hartman. He is also survived by his 4 great grandchildren.
