He was predeceased by: his wife Doris E. Rappaselli (Lantz); his parents, Nicholas Rappaselli and Carolyn M. Rappaselli (Blass); his wife Patricia A. Rappaselli (Reber); his son Michael Rappaselli; his grandson Anthony; and his sister Mary Malecki.
He is survived by: his children, Toni M. Baver, Victor T. Rappaselli and Thomas I. Rappaselli (Carla J.); his grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Nicholas and Evelyn; and his great grandchild Susie Griesemer.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Gethsemane Chapel of St. George (3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605). An entombment will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
