He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sisk and Gerladine Sisk (Canery). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette M. Sisk (Folckemer); his sons, Patrick W. Sisk of Exeter Township and Shawn M. Sisk; and his siblings, Judy Sisk of Las Vegas and Daniel Sisk (Carol Sisk) of Los Angeles, California..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church (4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
