He was predeceased by: his parents, Sava Makuch and Beryl Makuch (Steffy); his wife Brenda M. Makuch (Bickta); and his sister Deborah Paige. He is survived by: his children, Lauren Makuch (Rodrigo Ortiz-Meoz) of Collegeville, Morgan Maiorana (Jonathan Maiorana) of Muncy and Dustin Kiene; his grandchildren, Diego, Benjamin Ortiz and Goldie Maiorana; and his sisters, Mary Tice (late Steve Tice) and Donna Russ.
