He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Herman Speakman and Hazel Kathryn Speakman (Polick); his daughter Lori Speakman; and his siblings, Richard Speakman and Nancy Speakman.

He is survived by : his spouse Vatcharee Speakman (Thaiwat); his children, Cullen L. Speakman (Laura Righter) of Muhlenberg Township, Sandra T. Speakman (Naracha Speakman) and Jamie J. Speakman (Suwaporn Speakman); his grandchildren, Kevin Thomas Speakman, Nikki Logan, Kasey Pena, Jacob Bishop and Eric Dylan Speakman; and his siblings, William Speakman of California, Harry Speakman of Texas and Kathy Pettitt of California. He is also survived by 5 great-grand children.
