She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Mance and Barbara Mance (Paulich); her husband Anthony Mediate of Mance's Store; her stepfather Mike "Shaner" Durisko; her brother Carlo Mance; and her grandson Robert Anthony Mediate.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Mediate (Vicki), Tony Mediate (Florence), Bob Mediate (Janice), Adele (Kevin), Judson and John (Dana). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
