She is survived by: her son Stephen Opsitnick, Jr. (Jenn); her great grandchild Lucas Greba (Matt); her great great grandchildren, Haven and Emery Greba; her sisters-in-law, Silvia Opsitnick and June Opsitnick; her niece Carlotta Thatcher; Miya Perkins. She is also survived by many nieces nephews, great nieces and nephews.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Helen's name to the Export Volunteer Fire Department New Truck Fund, 5815 Washington Ave., Export, PA 15632.
