She was predeceased by : her parents, Alexander "Tony" Kosheba and Helen Kosheba (Duritsa); her husband Richard; her daughter Barbara Silvis; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Kosheba.

She is survived by : her children, Donna Kuchar, Linda Kuchar and Brian Kuchar (Linda); her son-in-law Herb Silvis; her grandchildren, Joseph Silvis, Brianna Kuchar and Christian Kuchar (Rebecca); and her brother Adam "Sonny" Kosheba. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
