She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Cline (Shawley) and Oliver Cline; her husband Richard Perfetta Sr.; her brothers, Arthur Shawley and Harold "Hank" Shawley; and her brothers-in-law, John "Wallio" Perfetta (Mary) and Frank Perfetta (Judith).
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Zundel (Martin) of McCullough, Rick Perfetta (Denise) of Renfrew and Patrick Perfetta (Heather) of Anchorage, Alaska.; her sisters-in-law, Louise Shawley of Slickville and Betty Shawley of Bradenton, Florida; her grandsons, Ricky (Lianna) of Blacklick and Cory (Jordyn) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Ivy and Evelyn.
