He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jr. Oslosky and Hazel Oslosky (Woods); and his brothers, Randy Oslosky and Jon Oslosky. He is survived by: his brothers, Charles of Export and Dennis (Carol) of New Alexandria; his sister-in-law Delia "Dolly" Oslosky of Penn Township; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Oslosky (Ashley), Christopher Oslosky, Nicole Braun (Nick), Corey Oslosky, Chelsea Smith (DJ), Tawnya Buczak (Tommy), Jennifer Melcher, Garrett Oslosky and Jason Oslosky. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
