He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Bruggeman and Dorothy Bruggeman (Noonan); and his sisters, Norma Bossart and Dorothy Ersick. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Bruggeman (Trabucco); his children, Stephanie Bruggeman and Michael Bruggeman; and his siblings, James Bruggeman, Janet Malego and Carol McClelland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
