He was predeceased by: his siblings, Henry Swank and Josie Pushcar. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Swank (Dzaack); his children, William "Jake" Swank, Carl Swank (Sue), Kimberly A. Matura and Rick Pekarek of Lower Burrell; his siblings, Vincent Swank and Nancy Watkins (Bob); and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Penelope, Carson, Isabel, Aiden, Liam, Madilynn, Ayla Jo and Allison. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
