He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse C. Hill Sr. and Charlotte C. "Lottie" Hill (Parfitt) of Schuylkill Haven, PA.. He is survived by : his wife Daphne Child Hill; his sisters-in-law, Adrienne Ochis, Linda Child and Gwyneth Arrison; and his cousins, Karl Parfitt, Ralph Peters, Bruce Peters and Catherine Annie Peters.

Donations welcome in Jesse's name to The Coatesville Veterans Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320.
