He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Byron Holt and Mary Ann Holt; and his stepmother Bernita Holt. He is survived by: his wife Mary Powers-Holt; his children, Thomas and Eliana; his siblings, Heather Holt, Dennis, Lawrence, Daniel and Andrew Holt; his cousin Liz Pantle; his aunt Judy; and his uncle Bill Pantle.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Logan Funeral Home - Exton (698 E Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA 19341).
