He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Hopkins; his children, Terri Hopkins Williams and Brian Hopkins (Francine); his granddaughters, Chloe Williams Starling and Briana Devose; his great grandchildren, Quinn Antionette Devose and Jordyn Blair Starling; and his cousins, Donna "Debbie" Pace and Ernestine "Dumpie" Johnson-Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Philip and James Church (723 E Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA 19341). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Agnes Cemetery (1050 Pottstown Pike, West Chester, PA 19380).
