He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen J. Kukuvka and Mary C. Witko Kukuvka. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ferrone Kukuvka; his children, Mark A. Kufka, Virginia, David R. Kukuvka (Kerry) and Barbara Ann K. Herda (Michael); his cousins, Andrea Horuzy Puletti and Virginia; and his stepchildren, Cynthia V. Mulligan (Thomas) and Robert Veselovec (Lori). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A Mass was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Church (70 Church St, Rockaway, NJ 07866).
