He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Lucy Champion Williams; his son Roger Williams Jr.; and his siblings, Fred Williams, Thomas and Alice Novembrino.

He is survived by: his wife Diana Evans; his children, Brian Williams (Nona), Shawn Skovronsky (Steven) and Shannon Williams (Mark Scappatura); his grandchildren, Dillan Chewey, Evan Skovronsky, Owen and Abigail Williams; his children, Bryn Rose, Loralei, Cameron and Raelynn; and his siblings, Carl Williams, Sarah Williams and Jean Sorensen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
