He is survived by: his children, John Kowalski, Steven and Heather Lynn Haines; his granddaughters, Isabella Haines, Nicole Jean Kowalski and Abby Irene Kowalski; his girlfriend Paula; his adoptive daughter Debbie (Harry); and his siblings, Wanda Haines Washko, Lisa Haines, Bonnie Keefer, Bill Haines and Eric Haines. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
