He is survived by: his children, Karen Jeffcoat of Fairfield, PA, Tara Strausbaugh of Chambersburg, PA and Charles William "Bill" Strausbaugh III; his grandchildren, Jodi Jeffcoat of April Jeffcoat, J. D, Jacob Little, Rose Little, Connie Little and Heather Wallace; and his great grandchild Riley Little.
