He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Lowell and Sadie Dolly (Jones); his son Dale O. Dolly, Jr.; his granddaughter Lauren E. Dolly; and his brothers, Jack, Gene and Neil Dolly.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Dolly (Swayze); and his children, Anne A. Jacquay (Pierre) of Freemont, IN, Scot D. Dolly (Suzanne) of Hanover, PA, Mark L. Dolly (Luanne Greene) of Albuquerque, NM and Gale V. Dolly (Tom Griffin) of New Oxford, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Lutheran Church (2695 Luther Dr, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church (2695 Luther Dr, Chambersburg, PA 17202).
