He was predeceased by: his parents, George Albert (Pat) and Jean Galbraith Murphy; and his siblings, Robert, John, James Murphy, Doris Buchleitner and Mary Decker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Anderson (Stephen), Marsha and Mandy Murphy; and his grandchildren, Casey Anderson, Kyle Neumann, Autumn Anderson and Nicole Neuman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home (144 E Main St, Ligonier, PA 15658). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
