He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Harbaugh and Marietta Harbaugh (McCleaf); his wife Patricia A. "Pat" Harbaugh (Snively); and his siblings, Irene Lynch, Linda Harbaugh, Richard Harbaugh, Harvey Harbaugh and Gilbert Harbaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Loughrey (David) of Emmitsburg, MD and Ken Harbaugh of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Kristin Stambaugh (Ed) and Dani Fortner; his great grandchildren, Payton Stambaugh, Ashlyn Stambaugh and Mason Fortner; and his sisters, Janet Kenney of Baltimore, MD and Shirley Harbaugh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
