He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold D. Naugle Sr. and Evelyn Naugle (Bigham). He is survived by : his daughters, Melinda Hockenberry (Shane) of Fayetteville, Lucy Burke (Martinus) of South Mountain and Laura Naugle (Stephen) of York; his stepsons, Brian Neiderer (Kara) of Littlestown and Michael Neiderer (Selena) of Fairfield; and his siblings, Helen Null, Beverly Fitz, Brenda Baker, Monta Naugle and Vincent Naugle. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
