He is survived by: his wife Susan C.; his children, Annette Frahm (Errin Frahm) of Frederick, MD and Brian Smith (Kimberly Smith) of Moundsville, WV; his grandchildren, Ashley Frahm, Derek Frahm, Zachary Smith and Kylie Smith; and his great grandchild Lilly Logsdon.
