He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Gordon and Nora M. Gordon (Hanlin); and his siblings, Doris Jane "Cookie" Shaftic, Norma Jean Heming, Michael Gordon and Karen E. Gordon.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Joan Gehring, William Gale Gordon, Terry Lynn Gordon, Richard Gordon and Ronald Gordon.
