He is survived by: his wife Fern Markey Kuykendall; and his children, Thomas E. Kuykendall, Jr. (Tamra) of Fairfield, PA, Gregory L. Kuykendall (Kathy) of Fairfield, PA, Karl J. Kuykendall (Patty) of Emmitsburg, MD, Wanda Craybill of Fairfield, PA and Jeffrey K. Kuykendall (Dean) of Fairfield, PA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
