He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. Hay and Marjorie Hay (Meyers); and his wife Betty Arlene Keefer. He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Hay (Joy) and Carla Chonko (Andrew); his grandchildren, Alex (Britney), Jackson (Taylor), Gabrielle (Noah), Sarah, Josiah (Raley), Ashley (Bill), Autumn (Dillon), Andrew, August and Angel; his great grandchild Maggie; and his sister Karen Glessner.
