She was predeceased by: her parents, Nina Ohler and Alexander Ohler; her husband George Emerick; her sons, David and Carl; her son-in-law Kirby Deeter; her brothers, Alexander Ohler (Laura Esherick), Harvey Ohler (Mary Lou Emerick) and Robert Ohler (Shirley Smith); and her brother-in-law Roy Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Jennifer Smihal (Edith Mills); and her grandchildren, Zachary Mills, Tawney Emerick, Linzi Emerick and Rebecca Smihal. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, their children and grandchildren.
