She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack J. Wayne and Evelyn M. Wayne (Artice); her husband Robert A. Smith; and her siblings, Leanna Glover, Jeanie Klink, Linda Detrick, Robert and Charles Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey R. Broadwater, Berlin, Susan Brick (Jim) and Robert E. Smith (Edna); and her sister Ina Mae Wolfe. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
