He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Napier and Alma Napier (Farley); his siblings, George Edward, Billy Napier, Mildred Sutphin and Louise McNeil; and his brother-in-law Bill McNeil.
He is survived by: his daughter Bridget (Bradley Deeter); his grandsons, Austin Simpson and Joshua Deeter (Monica); his sister Anna Mae Rogers; and his former wife Patricia Duncan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
