Barbara A. Shennard Obituary

Barbara Alice Shennard, 82, of Fairless Hills, PA, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, Barbara and her family moved to PA in the late 70's. Together with her husband Kenneth, they raised three boys in Levittown. Barbara was an excellent homemaker especially excelling at crafts such as crocheting and knitting and she was also an active member of her church community. Barbara's pride and joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

Predeceased by her parents, Milton and Gertrude (McDonell) Shaw; her husband, Kenneth Shennard Jr; her grandson, Nicholas Shennard; her two brothers, Robert Shaw and Donald Shaw, and her sister, Sally Marko; she is survived by her three sons, Kevin Shennard and his wife, Lori, of Fallsington, PA, Kenneth Shennard and his wife, Deborah, of Fairless Hills, PA and Keith Shennard and his wife, Robin, of Langhorne, PA; her grandchildren, Kara, Gianna, Kelsey, Lindsey, Devin, and Dylan Shennard; and her great granddaughter Cameron Glass.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 from 10:00am until 11:00am at the Christ United Methodist Church, 501 Wistar Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00am.

Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton, NJ.
