He was predeceased by: his father Jack Allen Fike; his grandparents, Lendrum, Josephine Clark, Clair and Frances Fike; and his stepgrandmother Mary Fike.
He is survived by: his mother Sally A. Clark Fike; his godmother Susan Nurss of Oil City; his cousins, Amy Nurss, Ann, Jonathan Wenner, Ava, Bryan Hogue, Robert Fike, Shirley Fike, Sarah Gallagher, Virginia Carter, W. James Fike, W. John Fike and Donald Fike; his in-laws, Eugene and Debra Winchester of Caledonia, And; his sister-in-law Buffey Sarber; his close friends, Andrew and Chris; Jonathan of Cochranton and Cody Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reinsel Funeral Home & Crematory (116 Bissell Ave, Oil City, PA 16301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
