He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlene Wilson-Waidley (Hembold) and George Wilson; his stepfather Robert Webster Waidley; and his sister Susan Elizabeth Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Wilson (Minnich); his children, Hannah Gransbury (Cory) and Taylor Wilson; his grandchildren, Kira and Charlee Gransbury; his siblings, Theresa Anderson (Edward), Phyllis Wilson and Richard Wilson (Bernadette); and his stepsiblings, Rene Jantony (Frank), Catherine Studley (Keith) and Michael Bentan (Pilar).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edder Family Funeral Home (309 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the John Wilson Memorial Fund C/O Edder Family Funeral Home, LLC.
