Karen J. Askins Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Karen J. Askins of Fairview, Pennsylvania. Karen passed away on October 6, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen J. Askins to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Cindy Lynn Askins (Walter E. Askins); her parents, John J. O'Connor and Mildred E. O'Connor; and her close friend Pat Hefner. She is survived by: her brother Robert O'Connor; her children, Edward Askins, Melinda Askins and Walter R (Lori Askins); and her grandchildren, Sierra, Bryce and Shane.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fairview United Methodist Church (4601 Avonia Rd, Fairview, PA 16415).
