She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mauk and Iva Mauk (Rupp); her husband Robert Gearhart; her daughters, Linda Olesnanik and Donna Gearhart; her siblings, Yvonne Sargent, Loretta Kay Otteni, Otis Mauk, Thomas Mauk and Kenneth Mauk; and her son-in-law Michael Schillinger.

She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Schillinger and Sandra Westerburg (Richard); her granddaughter Natasha; and her sons, Caleb and Elijah. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
