He was predeceased by: his mother Sara Ruth Blair. He is survived by: his father James C. Blair; his wife Marti (Marti); his children, Kelly Blair Raymond (Randall), Roy Blair, Jr. (Jamie) and Susie Lewis (George) of Gallatin, TN.; his grandchildren, Amber, Ashley, Hayley, Ian, Sophia, James and Mika; and his sister Nancy J. Hartley (Joseph).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Burton Funeral Home (525 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
