She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael A. Grasso and Helen Grasso (Orsich); her husband Robert Frank Siple; her grandson Blaine Kauffman; and her siblings, Nick "Butch" Grasso and Frances Algier.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Dale Walker (Otillia) of Canyon Lake, David Andrew Walker of Sykesville, John Michael Walker of Troutville and Connie Ann Walker of Reynoldsville; and her siblings, Michael Grasso (Darlene) of Stump Creek and Elizabeth Anderson of DuBois. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchild.
