She was predeceased by: her parents, Blair Wriglesworth and Rhoda Wriglesworth (Caldwell) of Hepburnia, PA.; her spouse Merle E Collins; her son Blair E Collins; and her sister Joice Shirey.
She is survived by: her children, Roger D Collins (Lee Ann) of Venice, FL and Christine J Damus (JR) of State College, PA; her brother Jess Wriglesworth (Nancy) of Hepburnia, PA.; her grandchildren, Andrew Collins (Meri) of DuBois, PA, Laura Mann (Terry) of Allison Park, PA, Jillian Staley (Zack) of Gibsonia, PA, Alex Damus, Chad Collins of DuBois, PA and Ryan Collins (Kristen); and her great grandchildren, Jace Collins, Aleea Collins, Lennon Daniels, Kobi Collins and Mia Collins.
Burial will be in the Bloomington Cemetery, Curwensville, PA, Memorial donations may be made to the DuBois Area Food Pantry.
