She was predeceased by: her parents, Farley Pierce and Lydia Pierce (Miller); her husband Frank Smock; and her siblings, Linda Catherine Nichols, Mabel Logan, Arther and Floyd Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Frannie Smock of Grampian, Cleora McConnell (Alan) of Brockway, Virginia Smock of Grampian and Paula Smock of Reynoldsville; and her sisters, Mildred Starr of Grampian and Jessie Ward of Falls Creek. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
