He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin D. Cannella and Gene Beauverd Cannella; and his sister Ruth Voorhees (Randy). He is survived by: his children, Ben and Maria; the mother of his children Amy of Falls; and his siblings, Paul (Linda), Dalton, David (Marland), Marty, Marie Arndt (Dwain), Sarah Wainman (Rick), Rose Smith (Steve) and Louise Kent. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services (418 S State St, Clarks Summit, PA 18411). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery.
One of Charles's dreams was to grow his own food on his land so, in lieu of flowers, his children would love to grow an 'Orchard of Life' on the property.
